I have been attending the yoga therapy classes for 4 months. I was getting a lot of headaches and migraines, which prevented me from doing some simple tasks like reading, writing, or talking to people. I tried many things before, including seeing specialists and getting prescribed medications, but nothing really worked.
I was also really worried about how this might affect me in the future. After the yoga therapy, my migraine attacks have almost completely gone away. I am now able to do tasks that I couldn't do before and I'm not worried about the future.
